Oxi+ Player — Media Player Application

Important Notice Regarding Content

Oxi+ Player is a media player application only. It does not provide, host, distribute, stream, or otherwise make available any television channels, video-on-demand content, live sports, or any other media content.

What Oxi+ Player Is

Oxi+ Player is a software application (the "App") that functions as a client-side media player. The App is designed to connect to media sources, M3U playlist files, and Xtream Codes API endpoints that are supplied exclusively by the user or by third-party service providers independent of Oxi+ Player and its developer.

The App:

  • Reads and plays media streams from URLs and playlists provided by the user
  • Provides a user interface for browsing, searching, and organizing user-provided content
  • Offers playback controls, quality selection, and related player features
  • Stores user preferences and playlist credentials locally on the user's device

What Oxi+ Player Is Not

Oxi+ Player:

  • Does not own, operate, or control any media service or content library
  • Does not provide access to any paid television channels, premium content, or copyrighted works
  • Does not host any media files, streams, or playlists on its servers
  • Does not endorse, recommend, or facilitate the use of any specific content provider or unlicensed content source
  • Is not affiliated with any television broadcaster, content rights holder, or streaming service

User Responsibility

By using Oxi+ Player, you acknowledge and agree that:

  1. You are solely responsible for the media sources, M3U playlists, and Xtream Codes credentials you enter into the App. Oxi+ Player has no knowledge of, and exercises no control over, the content accessible through those sources.

  2. You must ensure that you have the legal right to access any content you stream through the App. This includes holding a valid subscription or license from the content provider or rights holder.

  3. Accessing copyrighted content without authorization is illegal in most jurisdictions and may result in civil or criminal liability. Oxi+ Player and its developer accept no responsibility for any unlawful use of the App.

  4. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable laws in your country or region regarding the reception, access, and use of broadcast or streamed content.

Third-Party Services

When you configure a third-party media source within Oxi+ Player, you establish a direct connection between your device and that third-party server. Oxi+ Player:

  • Acts only as a conduit between your device and the third-party server
  • Does not modify, cache, or store the content streamed from third-party sources
  • Has no responsibility for the availability, quality, legality, or accuracy of content provided by third parties
  • Is not a party to any agreement between you and your content provider

Developer Liability

The developer of Oxi+ Player shall not be liable for:

  • Any content accessed, streamed, or downloaded through the App
  • Any copyright infringement or intellectual property violations resulting from your use of third-party sources
  • Any claims by third parties arising from your use of the App with unauthorized content
  • Interruption, failure, or unavailability of any third-party media service
